PetrolValves and Petrobras have been building a strong partnership since the Buzios 5 projects. Starting with the successful qualification run on the first 3-off, we’re now reaching new heights with the Buzios 7 project. Our Tandem ball valves at 10kpsi, equipped with a PetrolValves Planetary Gearbox and installed at over 2.000 meters water depth, mark a significant step forward.

PetrolValves recently achieved the API 17D license and is actively developing a range of Subsea Slab Gate Valves, designed to operate up to 4.000 meters water depth, meeting Petrobras’ operational and design requirements. Our R&D engineers are working on 1” and ½” Slab Gate Valves, both ROV and Hydraulically operated, with a full 10.000 psi qualification in compliance with applicable standards.

In addition, PetrolValves is pioneering innovative Subsea designs, focusing on weight and dimension optimizations for both valves and operators. Following a visit from Petrobras Engineering’s team, we’re aligned on our developments and market possibilities for subsea projects. PetrolValves is eager to forge future partnerships for Subsea applications in Brazil’s fields, covering small bore valves and large valves, including Manifold, XTree, and pipeline valves, whether Ball, Check, or Gate Valves, Manual or Actuated Valves, we’ve got it covered.
